[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Ramiro Sobral (Buenos Aires, 1972)
He lived most of his life in Tucumán, Argentina. In 2007 he arrived in Barcelona. In 2013 he opened his bicycle shop El Ciclo, in the Gothic Quarter. There it occurred to him to create lights with the leftover bicycle parts that were piled up in his workshop, to decorate the shop. As they wanted to buy them, he created the Bicycles that saw the light collection, a project that tries to recover, recycle and reuse parts of old and used bicycles to create lights with different and unique shapes. They are composed of bicycle parts such as spokes, brake discs, bushings, chains. Although no light is repeated, the origin of its components is detected with the naked eye. As a curiosity, most of these lights rotate on their axis, which causes an interesting play of light and shadow.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
