He studied Environmental Art at the Glasgow School of Art. In 2014 Wright did an artist residency in Barcelona, ​​on a boat, as part of the “Floating Lab: Catalonia” of the Clipperton Project and some internships in Cloth-Art. He exhibited at the SOIL Art Gallery in Seattle (USA) in January 2015, and in Zurich (Switzerland) in February 2015 as part of the “Index – Wort und Wirkung”.
